This role is centered around owning the entire conversion system for a rapidly growing health and beauty brand scaling from $30M toward $300M in annual revenue. We’re looking for someone who sees funnels as living systems that can always be improved. Someone who enjoys digging into the data, spotting opportunities others miss, and turning those insights into meaningful lifts in revenue and efficiency.
You will oversee ongoing funnel optimization, closely monitor performance data, and implement rapid testing cycles to uncover meaningful gains in conversion and average order value. The goal is to build and scale funnels that perform from day one while creating a reliable framework for long-term growth.

This is a full‑time, remote contractor role supporting a Team on the CET timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Perform 24/7 monitoring of all offer funnels to identify positive/negative trends and ensure zero technical leaks
- Develop "big lift" CRO hypotheses and write full implementation briefs to drive significant revenue growth
- Pass briefs to the Dev Manager and push tests through to launch to maintain a high velocity of experimentation
- Maintain an incredibly organized repository of all test results to create a library of winning funnel patterns
- Build and optimize fully customizable post-purchase pages (VSLs, Advertorials) on Checkout Champ to maximize AOV
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports directly to the founders to keep the business aligned on growth metrics
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience managing CRO for brands doing $30M–$300M/year and are comfortable with the pressure of high-spend environments
- You have a proven track record of managing offers generating +$2M/month and know how to maintain stability at scale
- You are a certified expert in Checkout Champ and Shopify
- You understand the psychology of VSLs, Advertorials, and TSLs, particularly in a post-purchase environment
- You proactively identify opportunities, define the required updates, and work closely with developers to bring them into production
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience specifically within the Supplements verticals
- A background in managing Subscription-based offers and reducing churn through funnel flow
- Experience with brands that focus on breaking even or profiting on Day 1 acquisition
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You have audited all 5+ current offer funnels, identified the biggest "leaks," and successfully launched your first major high-leverage test

60 Days: You have established a repeatable system for test documentation and are consistently delivering uplifts in Upfront AOV and CVR

90 Days: You have significantly increased the Post-Purchase Upsell Uplift and have a roadmap of tests ready for the 10+ new brands launching by year-end
