Do you have the battle-tested systems to turn creative chaos into a high-output, 8-figure revenue machine?


Our client is scaling a purpose-driven e-commerce portfolio toward the mid-8-figure mark and beyond. They’ve cracked the code on "beautiful performance" ads that maintain a premium, branded aesthetic while converting like aggressive direct response.

Currently, their founder is the bottleneck for creative strategy. They are looking for a heavy-hitting Creative Strategist to step in and own the entire paid growth creative loop. You aren’t here to just "write scripts" - you are here to build, enforce, and lead the systems that allow us to scale profitably without founder involvement in the day-to-day.


YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to own the creative engine end-to-end. You will ensure that high-quality, high-converting ads are produced at high volume, shipped fast, and continuously improved. You are the bridge between "Idea In" and "Performance Improved." If the creative output slows, quality drops, or ads underperform, it is your responsibility to diagnose and fix it.


This is a fully remote contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • System Architecture: You will define and enforce the systems that scale performance. Ideally, you are bringing proven processes from a mid-to-high 8-figure DTC brand.
  • The Creative Pipeline: You decide which ideas enter the pipeline and why. You will write, rewrite, and improve ad copy, hooks, and scripts.
  • Team Leadership: You will manage writers, editors, and creators with high standards, ensuring a clear and consistent output cadence.
  • Creative Learnings System: You own the "Creative Learnings" documentation (Figma/Miro), ensuring all tests are categorized and that data—not opinion—shapes the roadmap.
  • Media Buying Alignment: You’ll coordinate daily with media buyers to scale what works, kill what doesn't, and drive strategic testing frameworks (angles, formats, funnels).
  • Founder Leverage: You will remove the founder from the creative process, providing factual updates and key decisions while owning the execution.


WHO YOU ARE

  • The Strategist-Builder: You have proven experience inside a $30M–$100M+ DTC brand. You aren't guessing; you are implementing battle-tested systems.
  • Direct Response Expert: You have a deep understanding of performance creative, funnel strategy, and conversion psychology.
  • Extreme Ownership: You have an "execution bias." You build, enforce, and refine systems without needing to be told what to do.
  • The "Zoom" Ability: You can zoom out to define a 6-month angle strategy and zoom in to polish a 3-second hook for a TikTok ad.
  • High Standards: You hold creators and editors accountable to elite levels of quality and speed.


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Deep expertise in the Health, Wellness, or Beauty DTC sectors.
  • Experience specifically scaling monthly ad spend from 6 to 7 figures.
  • Advanced skills in ad scraping tools and AI-driven creative reporting.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have audited the current machine, implemented your creative tracking systems, and the founder has stopped writing ad scripts.
  • 60 Days: Creative output has increased significantly. You have established a repeatable "feedback loop" where media buying data automatically triggers new iterations.
  • 90 Days: The creative engine is a "black box" that consistently produces winners. We are scaling profitably toward mid-8-figures without founder involvement in execution.
