Creative Strategist (Direct Response Supplement Brand)

Are you a direct-response creative strategist who thinks in hooks, avatars, and wants full ownership of the testing engine behind a fast-scaling supplement brand? This is your shot to step into a founder-led DTC business at the exact moment it's building out its creative department from scratch, with real budget and real testing volume behind you.


Day to day, you'll research, write, and direct high-volume direct-response creative, working elbow to elbow with the CEO and a dedicated execution pod built to bring your ideas to life.

This is a new direct-response led supplement brand, built on a backend that's already proven: the same team behind it has scaled three separate eight-figure DTC businesses over the past four years, generating $33M in combined revenue in last year alone.

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

  • Research and write direct-response concepts and scripts across avatars and awareness stages, primarily for Meta, hitting 15+ new concepts a week plus iterations
  • Turn strategy into clear, ready-to-shoot briefs for your pod of three video editors and one graphic designer
  • Direct the pod's output and keep quality high across every brief
  • Read account data, CPA, hook rate, hold rate, and turn it into your next round of creative decisions
  • Run a tight feedback loop with the CEO on what's winning, what's not, and why
  • Push weekly testing capacity higher as spend scales, well beyond the current baseline


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response creative strategy, with Meta as your primary channel
  • You have a strong scripting and copywriting background built on real understanding of customer avatars, awareness stages, and conversion psychology
  • You can read performance data, including CPA, hook rate, and hold rate, and use it to decide what to test next
  • You're comfortable owning and directing a pod of editors and designers, turning your briefs into finished creative
  • You communicate directly, take feedback on data rather than ego, and don't wait to be told what to do next
  • You're fluent in English and able to collaborate daily with a Dubai-based team
  • Experience in supplements, health, or wellness DTC brands is a plus


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 days: You understand the brand, the audience, and the testing process. You're reading account data, working with the pod, and your first concepts are already in motion.
  • 60 days: You're hitting the weekly testing cadence, fully synced with the CEO and the pod, and bringing your own hypotheses to the table.
  • 90 days: You're managing your own briefs, timelines, and testing calendar independently, pushing output past the initial baseline and moving the needle on CPA.
