A fast-scaling DTC skincare brand is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of performance creative across Meta and act as the strategic lead as the creative function scales.
You’ll turn research and performance data into high-volume, high-conviction creatives, working closely with editors, media buyers, and AI-driven production workflows.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This is a hands-on performance creative role with end-to-end ownership.
You will:
- Turn research and performance insights into new concepts, angles, and creative directions
- Own concept development and iteration strategy
- Write clear, execution-ready briefs that editors can ship without ambiguity
- Lead and review creative output, raising the quality bar consistently
- Work closely with media buyers to decide what to scale, iterate, or cut
- Operate at high creative velocity, balancing speed with signal
- Keep creative systems clean and usable: concepts, learnings, and winning patterns documented
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years as a Creative Strategist for 8–9 figure DTC brands
- You have a proven track record of scaling brands specifically through Meta ads
- Are comfortable reading performance dashboards and spotting signals quickly
- Can lead a team of editors and consistently improve output quality
- Understand what converts for female-focused audiences, beyond surface-level trends
Bonus points if you have:
- Direct experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics niche
- Experience marketing to 35–60 female demographics
