A fast-scaling DTC skincare brand is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of performance creative across Meta and act as the strategic lead as the creative function scales.

You’ll turn research and performance data into high-volume, high-conviction creatives, working closely with editors, media buyers, and AI-driven production workflows.

Creative is the primary growth lever. Meta is the core acquisition channel. Performance feedback loops drive decision-making.

This is a full-time, remote contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This is a hands-on performance creative role with end-to-end ownership.

You will:

  • Turn research and performance insights into new concepts, angles, and creative directions
  • Own concept development and iteration strategy
  • Write clear, execution-ready briefs that editors can ship without ambiguity
  • Lead and review creative output, raising the quality bar consistently
  • Work closely with media buyers to decide what to scale, iterate, or cut
  • Operate at high creative velocity, balancing speed with signal
  • Keep creative systems clean and usable: concepts, learnings, and winning patterns documented


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2+ years as a Creative Strategist for 8–9 figure DTC brands
  • You have a proven track record of scaling brands specifically through Meta ads
  • Are comfortable reading performance dashboards and spotting signals quickly
  • Can lead a team of editors and consistently improve output quality
  • Understand what converts for female-focused audiences, beyond surface-level trends


Bonus points if you have:

  • Direct experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics niche
  • Experience marketing to 35–60 female demographics
