- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form TikTok, Reels, and ad videos from idea to final post.
- Use fast-paced, retention-focused editing (cuts, captions, sound) to improve conversions and reduce CAC.
- Source, brief, and direct creators to produce high-volume, on-brand content.
- Create repeatable content frameworks that drive consistent engagement.
- Work with the Creative Strategist to analyze performance data and scale winning hooks and styles.
- Repurpose raw and top-performing content into multiple ad variations.
- Monitor TikTok and Reels daily and quickly adapt emerging trends for the brand.
- Own product storytelling by capturing first POV and demo content for new launches.
- Manage publishing and platform-native features to maximize distribution and reach.
- Maintain a structured content calendar and organized asset library for consistent output.

- You have proven experience creating viral, high-performing short-form content independently, ideally in travel, packing, or product-focused niches.
- You are comfortable directing creators and UGC contributors to execute and bring ideas to life.
- You understand what works across both paid ads and organic content, with a focus on formats over individual videos.
- You are skilled in editing and storytelling, turning concepts into engaging and conversion-driven content.
- You are confident in filming yourself and producing POV-style content when needed.
- You are highly attuned to TikTok and Reels trends and able to act on them quickly.
- You are fast-moving, proactive, and focused on performance and measurable results.
