This is a first hire into a paid media function that needs to be built properly, not patched together. The account is running and the results are there. What's missing is someone who treats it like their own business, builds the infrastructure around it, and scales it in a way that actually holds.

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Own and manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end: launching, testing, scaling winners, cutting losers, and keeping spend moving in the right direction against CPA targets.
- Monitor performance daily and translate what's happening in the account into clear, actionable direction for the Creative Strategist. Not just sharing numbers, but sharing what they mean.
- Build the SOPs, workflows, and reporting templates that didn't exist before you arrived. Weekly and monthly performance reports, daily updates to the creative team, attendance on weekly team calls.
- Manage full account health: ad rejections, pixel infrastructure, Business Manager standing, organic page health, backup systems. You keep everything running clean.
- Reconcile Meta reporting against Triple Whale and backend data to make sure the numbers actually line up.
- Weekend account monitoring (~1 hour Saturday and Sunday) to stay ahead of any issues before the week starts.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta ads for DTC or eCommerce brands.
- You've managed $100K+/month in ad spend and know how to operate at that level without losing the detail.
- You have a solid grasp of CPA, ROAS, RPV, CTR, CPM, and experience working with third-party attribution tools.
- You stay organized when multiple campaigns and priorities are running at once, and don't let things slip through.
- You're comfortable with AI tools and quick to pick up new platforms and automations.
- You're available Monday to Friday Asian timezone.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You know the account inside out, you're launching and managing campaigns independently, and the foundational SOPs and reporting templates are taking shape.

60 days: The workflows are documented and running. Spend is trending up at target CPA. You're telling the team what's happening and providing meaningful insights and creative direction without being asked.

90 days: Fully independent, spend scaling consistently at CPA targets, driving creative direction without being prompted, and nobody's checking behind your work.
