We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can step into the shoes of a brand persona, and treat organic channels like their own. This isn’t just a "posting" role.


You’ll be the voice, the strategist, and the creator behind our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This brand has grown fast through AI and performance marketing; now, they need someone who understands the "mystical" side of social media to build a community that feels authentic, deeply connected, and ready to engage.

They are a fast-growing digital brand in the psychic and astrology space. They use a blend of human expertise and cutting-edge AI to scale personalized experiences. They operate with a lean, 10+ person team that values results over complexity. They don’t do micromanagement; they hire smart people and give them the autonomy to "crack the code" on new channels.


This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role


WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Creative ownership: Take full control of the brand’s organic social presence and direction, acting as the bridge between the audience and the brand persona.

  • Creative freedom: Test different content styles and formats (from polished looks to high-performing ads) to see what resonates most organically.
  • AI-powered workflows: Get trained on and work with cutting-edge AI tools used to generate and localize content globally.


WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role is focused on growing the brand’s organic social presence through content creation, deep audience engagement, and consistent experimentation.


You will:

  • Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Script 1–3 minute short-form videos that sound authentic to the niche.
  • Turn ideas into complete pieces of content from start to finish: concepting, scripting, editing, and publishing.
  • Use AI tools to generate content and translate it into different languages to reach a global audience.
  • Manage basic video editing in CapCut and simple graphic design in Canva or Photoshop to produce the content.
  • Engage with followers by replying to comments and DMs to build a community that feels the brand truly cares.
  • Analyze organic performance and iterate on successful hooks and formats.
  • Collaborate with the founder to share winning organic concepts that can be transitioned into high-spending Meta ads.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have experience managing and growing social media accounts through organic content.
  • You have a genuine interest in astrology, the psychic niche, or spirituality; you understand the language and what resonates with this specific audience.
  • You are comfortable scripting content and coming up with creative ideas independently.
  • You have basic video editing skills (CapCut) and can create engaging content, even if it follows a "low-fi" aesthetic.
  • You have basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or any tools.
  • You are a "social native" who stays on top of trends on TikTok and Instagram.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are proactive, take initiative, and can work independently to produce high-quality results.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days:  Develop a deep understanding of the brand voice and niche. Start publishing regular content and testing different content hooks and formats.

60 Days: Identify early organic winners that drive engagement. Have a handful of videos showing profitability or high viral potential.

90 Days: Operate independently with a consistent organic content process that successfully grows the audience and provides winning concepts for the paid ads team.
