YOUR MISSION
To create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused visual assets that elevate the brand while driving measurable performance across paid social, landing pages, and email. You’ll blend design craft with performance instincts, shaping a visual identity that is premium, tech-influenced, and unmistakably distinct.
This is a fully remote, contractor (self-employed) position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
This is a hands-on creative role that blends high-performance direct response design with elevated brand craft.
You will:

Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Turn reviews, insights, founder notes, and raw ideas into clean, clear, conversion-led creatives
- Produce premium layouts, typographic systems, and visual storytelling that match the brand’s modern aesthetic

Create product renders (or use 3D/AI tools) to produce clean, realistic visuals for ads, landing pages, and product showcases
- Develop ad concepts with the Creative Strategist and support multivariate testing
- Design landing page sections and assist with light UI/UX for new page builds
- Keep design systems, components, and asset libraries organized and scalable
- Collaborate closely with the creative team for quick iterations and ongoing testing cycles

Performance-Oriented: You have a strong portfolio of paid social creatives and understand how visuals impact conversion, not just aesthetics.

Brand-Driven: You’re excellent with composition, hierarchy, typography, and can maintain a cohesive, elevated visual identity across formats.

Render/AI Capable: You can create clean product renders or use 3D/AI tools to produce premium product visuals.

- Experience designing for DTC wellness, fitness, or consumer products
- Ability to create simple GIFs, animations, or micro-interactions
- Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Dimension) or AI rendering workflows
- Exposure to landing page UI/UX and CRO principles

90 Days: You’re consistently generating creative that performs, producing elevated product visuals, and operating as a trusted design partner who brings proactive ideas and insights.
