We’re looking for a Copywriter who can blend brand and performance to craft high-impact copy across websites, landing pages, emails, and campaigns.

This isn’t just about writing something that sounds good. It’s about understanding people and turning that into messaging that builds trust, desire, and action.

This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

You’ll sit at the intersection of branding and conversion, translating strategy, research, and creative direction into copy that performs across the entire funnel.


You will:

  • Write high-converting landing pages, PDPs, and website copy
  • Create email flows and campaigns (welcome, retention, winback, promos)
  • Develop brand messaging, tone of voice, and positioning
  • Craft headlines, hooks, angles, and CTAs that drive action
  • Turn customer insights, reviews, and research into compelling narratives
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Designers, and CRO teams
  • Structure copy so it’s easy to execute across design and development
  • Continuously improve copy based on performance data and testing
  • Help maintain a copy system/database to track what works and why


WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced: 2+ years in copywriting, ideally focused on landing pages for DTC brands.
  • Ad-format fluent: strong grasp of short-form copy structure and conversion principles.
  • Versatile writer: comfortable creating landing pages, email, website and ad copy.
  • Research-driven: you dig deep into reviews, communities, competitors, and data to uncover insights worth writing about.
  • Emotion-attuned: you understand what makes consumers feel, trust, and buy in beauty, skincare, perfume, health & wellness spaces.
  • Process-oriented: you work confidently inside Notion, ClickUp, and templates that make output faster and stronger.
  • Agile: you iterate fast, handle feedback well, and thrive in a high-velocity creative environment.
