YOUR MISSION
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our global supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This is a contractor role supporting a team in the CET time zone, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Own Supplier Management: Lead supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and diversify to mitigate risk.
- Manage 3PL Partners: Oversee our fulfillment network across the US and Europe, ensuring SLA compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead a Small but Mighty Team: Manage and mentor a team of 3 to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
- System Implementation & Optimization: Support our IMS (Inventory Management System) rollout and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Data-Driven Forecasting: Collaborate with finance to track costs, forecast needs, and maintain reporting accuracy across systems.
- Keep Data Clean & Connected: Ensure rock-solid data hygiene across inventory, logistics, and financial tools, using Excel, system integrations, and APIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and teams across product, ops, and finance to keep supply chain aligned with growth targets.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5 years of supply chain experience (DTC e-commerce preferred)
- Deep experience with 3PLs and sourcing partners across multiple geos
- Hands-on experience implementing or working in IMS/ERP systems
- Expert-level Excel skills, pivot tables, formulas, modeling, you name it
- Familiarity with system integrations and a strong “data integrity” mindset
- A talent for translating complex operational issues into clear business recommendations
- Proven ability to lead with both structure and agility in fast-growth settings

- Experience with Amazon supply chain operations
- Past work in a wellness, consumer electronics, or high-SKU environment
