We're looking for aggressive, performance-driven direct response thinkers who can own the creative roadmap, generating the high volume of angles, hooks, and scripts required to profitably scale ad spend on Meta and TikTok. 


YOUR MISSION

Transform performance data into scalable conversion story arcs, owning the entire top-of-funnel creative testing pipeline. Your core value is the high-volume production of avatar expansions, emotional triggers, scroll-stoppers, creative angles that maximize CTR, hook-rate, and hold-rate, enabling media buyers to deploy spend effectively. This is a high-output, high-speed, and high-impact function with direct revenue influence. If you can’t produce high-volume angles weekly while adapting to fast feedback, this role is NOT for you.

This is an aggressive, high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand operating in the Wellness and Musical Instrument Industry. The company's core product is a tool for stress relief, mindfulness, meditation, and creative expression. The brand emphasizes healing resonance, ease of use (no musical experience needed), and creating moments of calmness and connection for families and individuals.

This is a full‑time, remote contractor role supporting a Team on the CET timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role requires a high-output mindset and dual focus on data extraction and content creation:

  • Daily Responsibilities
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze top-performing creatives, review performance dashboards, winning pattern extraction and insights. Data → angles is the core competence.
  • High-Volume Production: Produce angles, hooks, scripts, and storyboards that fuel the continuous testing pipeline.
  • Creative Direction: You must provide editors with precise cut-by-cut direction, timestamps, and emotional pacing cues..
  • Narrative Shaping: Ideation alone is useless. This role requires turning raw data into structured hypotheses. Shape it into structured performance narratives, identifying new avatar logic, storylines, and emotional mechanisms.
  • Weekly Responsibilities
  • Output Target: Deliver a minimum baseline of 20+ unique angles per week. 40+ for A player with AI.
  • Testing Roadmap Ownership: Own and run the entire creative testing roadmap. Output → performance → iteration.
  • Knowledge Base: Maintain and update the "Creative Brain," the company-wide playbook of what wins, including a conversion psychology, CTR architecture and hold-rate optimization.
  • Integration: Collaborate with media buyers to integrate creative learnings and build structured “emotional mechanisms” for production.
  • Breakthrough: Identify at least one breakthrough concept per month.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced Strategist: At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance creative for Meta/TikTok ads within a fast-scaling DTC brand.
  • Narrative Architect: Proven track record of creating angles, hooks, and scripts that generated profitable scale.
  • Data-Informed Builder: Ability to extract insights from data/metrics (CTR, hold rate, CPM) and turn them into new creative hypotheses.
  • Psychology Expert: Deep understanding of consumer psychology and emotional drivers in direct response.
  • High-Output Capacity: Experienced in high-output creative environments.
  • Collaborator: Experience working cross-functionally with media buyers and editors, giving precise creative direction.
  • Copywriting + AI Amplification: Understands direct-response copywriting and knows how to use AI tools to ideate faster and amplify creative output, emotional triggers and scroll-stoppers ads.
  • Ad Platform Proficiency: Must be deeply familiar with metrics and creative testing logic in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Creative Workflow Tools: Must be proficient in Notion (for creative repository), Miro (for storyboards and frameworks), and use Google Drive/Sheets/Docs for dashboards and tracking. 


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Background as a performance copywriter, UGC strategist, or creative lead in a direct-response team.
  • Experience working with UGC creators or talent agencies.
  • Experience with high-volume creative testing and TikTok/Meta UGC production workflows.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Motion or Triple Whale is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with asset management via Air.inc is a plus.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro.


This role is NOT for you if:

  • Produce 3–5 ideas per week
  • Rely on “inspiration.”
  • Don’t know the difference between CTR and hook-rate
  • Need long cycles to deliver scripts
  • Have never worked in DR ads
  • Don’t understand UGC psychology
  • Get emotional over feedback
