We're looking for an Amazon Account Manager with deep operational expertise, sharp leadership skills, and a builder's mindset. 


YOUR MISSION

You’ll lead a team of 8 Amazon VAs, own the performance of 6+ Amazon Seller Central accounts, and manage Shopify and Walmart marketplaces. You’ll bring vision and execution to scale listings, streamline operations, manage supply chain workflows, and improve processes across platforms. This is a contractor role supporting a team in the CET time zone , giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Drive growth across Amazon marketplaces by overseeing 6+ Seller Central accounts (scaling to 15), ensuring smooth operations and the successful launch of 10+ fully optimized products per month.
  • Manage a team of 8 Amazon VAs on every aspect of the Amazon business utilizing Asana and Slack. This includes assigning tasks & monitoring their execution, such as: Creating shipment plans, creating new PO, generating AMZ Transparency Labels, listing new products on Amazon using flat files, and more.
  • Implementing new systems into the business to ensure it relies on clear guidelines and processes, and as little as possible on day-to-day human judgment.
  • Communicating on a daily basis with Chinese suppliers about developing new products, monitoring open POs & shipments, placing new POs, and owning everything related to the supply chain.
  • On a weekly & daily basis, assess inventory balance levels for all products and place new POs, while including into assessment holidays and other online shopping peak dates.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years in an Amazon Account Manager or similar leadership role
  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA + FBM), including:
  • Listing creation using flat files
  • PPC bid updates & campaign creation using flat files
  • Creation of shipments
  • Troubleshooting listing issues such as search suppression, suspensions, pricing errors, and more.
  • Transparency Program
  • Brand Registry
  • Background in an Amazon-focused agency or aggregator strongly preferred
  • Experience with tools like Helium 10
  • Experience managing teams of 6+ across remote environments
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Walmart Marketplace
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
