Funnel Strategist
Apply for this job

1 to 3 funnels a week. Full ownership from research to live build. A category-first product launching soon with zero funnel infrastructure built for it yet. This is a skincare brand scaling toward 7 figures a month, and funnel production is the bottleneck standing between them and that number. Fix that, and you're not just executing, you're the infrastructure the next phase of growth runs on.

WHO THEY ARE

An affordable, clinic-level skincare brand built around an at-home micro-infusion system that delivers results people normally pay thousands for in a clinic. Small, fully remote team that's growing fast and about to launch a genuinely new product category. They compete directly with some of the biggest names in the skincare-tech space.

Small team, no bureaucracy, no wasted motion:

  • Small and tight-knit, not corporate
  • Pay tracks results, not seniority
  • Genuinely wants the person in this seat to outgrow it
  • Honest, mechanism-led positioning, never hype

This is a full-time, remote contractor role.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Own the function. No dev, no designer, no committee. You research, design, build, and ship.
  • Real growth path. Becomes a Head of Funnel / CRO role with a team under you.
  • Pay that grows with results. Base plus performance bonuses on funnel and offer performance.
  • Learning is covered. Courses, tools, and communities, on their dime.
  • Total flexibility. Any timezone, output over hours logged.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

  • Ship 1 to 3 new funnels a week: listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, product pages
  • Own every funnel end to end: research, copy, design, build, iteration, solo
  • Build ad-matched funnels so every click lands on a page built for that exact angle
  • Turn ad performance, customer survey data, and competitor research into new funnel and test hypotheses
  • Run structured A/B tests and push a scattergun, ad-hoc process toward real structure
  • Dissect a new funnel breakdown every week from your community and pull what's usable for this brand
  • Track what's converting across other DTC niches and bring it back before anyone asks
  • Build mobile-first, every time, for a cold paid traffic audience that's almost entirely on phone
  • Pitch your own funnels and tests off your own research, not just execute a backlog
  • Sit in weekly syncs with creative strategists to keep ad and funnel fully in sync

WHO YOU ARE

  • You've built funnels for DTC or ecommerce brands before, ideally as your main role
  • You can take a funnel from zero to live yourself: research, build, design, light copy, with LLMs in the loop
  • You've worked across multiple funnel types, not just product pages
  • You know your way around a page builder and can adapt to a new one fast if you have to
  • You can code at least a little HTML, CSS, and JS
  • You use LLMs fluently as part of how you already work, not as a novelty
  • You can design and create your own visuals for funnels
  • You're comfortable reading Google Analytics, Shopify's native analytics, or Clarity

Bonus if you've:

  • Got a following or strong presence in funnel-builder communities
  • Got light copywriting chops on top of everything else
  • Built funnels in skincare or beauty before

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • First 30 days: Fully set up across tools, the ad account, and their community memberships. You understand the product, buyer segments, brand voice, and claims rules cold. You've shipped your first funnel, prioritising getting the full process right over speed.
  • First 60 days: You're ramping toward 1 to 3 funnels a week. You're starting to bring your own funnel ideas off the back of ad data, competitor research, and survey insights, not just executing what you're handed. You're iterating on live funnels based on real performance.
  • First 90 days: You're consistently shipping 1 to 3 funnels a week, fully self-directed. You're proactively proposing tests and new funnels. Your ad-matched builds are landing, and you're operating a step ahead of the market, bringing outside intelligence back to the team instead of waiting to be told what's next.
