Are you the architect behind 8-figure ad accounts and multi-funnel scaling systems?


Here’s your chance to take full ownership of Paid Media at a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand with a proven product, a high-performance team, and a creative team that is delivering plenty of new creative concepts per week.


They're looking for a senior media buyer who's been behind brands that have spent more than €50MM in ad-spend and created brands from zero to market leaders.


YOUR MISSION

You’ll be leading performance growth for a fast-scaling European supplement company that is redefining quality standards in the industry. They develop every formula in-house, co-own their production lab, and put every product through independent 3rd party testing in both the US and EU with publicly available certificates of analysis.


This commitment to transparency and quality has allowed them to create category-defining products with few direct competitors and a strong track record of launching profitable products from day one. With a lean, data-driven team culture and an exceptionally high-output creative pipeline, they’re now entering their next growth chapter: launching three groundbreaking new products with the potential to dominate their categories globally.


Your role is to engineer the performance marketing systems that turn this unique product advantage into predictable, compounding growth across multiple funnels, markets, and brands. You’ll have the budget, the team, and the creative resources. What’s missing is the strategist who can see the whole chessboard and orchestrate the scaling playbook.


This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive strategic scaling in Meta ads, creating the course for exponential growth
  • Launch high-converting campaigns that deliver measurable ROAS across global markets
  • Rapidly test and refine targeting, bidding, placements, and creative assets to discover scalable winners.
  • Oversee the full funnel - evaluate landing pages, offers, retention flows, and post-purchase experiences, ensuring every step supports scaling
  • Delegate execution to Ad Operations specialists, freeing your time to steer high-level strategy and scale testing programs
  • Own creative testing strategy, from research and angle development to feedback loops and creative repository building
  • Lead launch strategy for the new products - defining angles, messaging, and funnel structure for market-defining impact
  • Use insights from Meta analytics, first-party data, and third-party attribution tools to make confident growth decisions
  • Continuously refine account structure and funnel architecture for performance, efficiency, and margin
  • Partner with product, creative, and operations teams to align paid media strategy with brand initiatives and maximize conversion
  • Mentor and elevate the performance team, boosting executional excellence in creative, analytical, and strategic domains
  • Explore and test emerging channels, offers, and growth tactics, scaling those that prove successful into the media mix.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced: You’ve managed €500K+/month in Meta ad spend, ideally for performance-focused DTC brands and have helped them grow from the very beginning
  • Strategic + Tactical: You can architect a high-performing account, but you’re also in-platform daily, making optimizations and testing ideas
  • Data-Driven: You trust the numbers and know how to interpret data from multiple sources to guide decisions
  • Creative Collaborator: You know what great creative looks like and how to help teams make more of it
  • Self-Directed but Collaborative: You take initiative, but you’re also a strong communicator and team player
  • Long-Term Oriented: You're looking for more than a freelance gig - you want to be part of something you can help build
