WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO
- Build and own the weekly concept pipeline: ideation, scripting, briefing, and handoff to the designer and video editor
- Analyze performance data at the concept level to understand what's working, why it's working, and what to test next
- Research the customer, the category, and the competitive landscape to fuel better creative decisions
- Develop briefs across UGC, static, and AI video formats with enough clarity that execution is straightforward
- Collaborate directly with the media buyer to align creative output with performance targets
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and bring learning back into the creative process
- Contribute to scaling concept volume 2-3x over the coming months without sacrificing quality
WHO YOU ARE
- You have hands-on experience with performance creative at a DTC brand, or a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals combined with organic content knowledge
- You have experience with AI video tools or AI-assisted creative workflows
- You understand why a creative performs, not just whether it did
- You can read ad account data and translate it into better briefs
- You are structured enough to manage a concept pipeline without being micromanaged
- You are comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where priorities shift
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You have absorbed the brand, the product, the existing creative library, and the ad account. You understand what has been working and you are contributing to the concept pipeline at the expected weekly volume.

60 days: Your concepts are generating spend. Briefs are consistent, the team can execute without back-and-forth, and you and the founder have a clear working rhythm. You know what the next phase of testing should look like.

90 days: The majority of active ad spend in the account is coming from concepts you have created. Volume is up, quality is holding, and you have built a testing process that can scale.
