YOUR MISSION
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine, keeping our systems clean, our documents organized, and our deliveries on track.

This is a contractor role supporting a team in the CET time zone, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Maintain clean data across supply chain systems (master records, transactions, reporting)
- Organize supply chain documents for easy access and audit-readiness
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and manage purchase orders, tracking and following up on delivery timelines
- Create inbound records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Support various ad hoc logistics tasks, from reporting to team coordination
- Collaborate across teams to support day-to-day operational success
WHO YOU ARE
- Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel (we’ll test for this!)
- Exposure to WMS, ERP, or other supply chain systems.
- Solid time management and organization skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Professional remote work setup with reliable internet
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Amazon supply chain operations
- Past work in a wellness, consumer electronics, or high-SKU environment
