Now, they’re pulling every piece of their growth machine in-house, and you’ll be the creative force driving it.


Your mandate: push past the current $1M/month ad spend plateau, outsmart creative fatigue, and build a relentless testing system that can scale to $100K/day without breaking ROAS discipline. This is a role for someone who knows how to turn insight into performance and creative volume into revenue.

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Transition all creative strategy from an external agency to an internal powerhouse, acting as the "CEO" of the creative department to eliminate scaling bottlenecks.
  • Scale daily ad spend by engineering winning creatives that break through the current $30k–$40k/day plateau and consistently reach $100k/day.
  • Increase creative output from 15 per week to a high-velocity engine of 30–50+ unique concepts and variations weekly.
  • Engineer ROAS-positive creative by maintaining a minimum 1.2x front-end ROAS on a webinar funnel, with a target of 2x+ ROAS to ensure backend profitability.
  • Leverage a cutting-edge AI stack, including Higgsfield, Kling 2.0, and Nano-banana to rapidly produce AI UGC and iterate on competitor-winning angles.
  • Research and write hooks, scripts, and angles that outperform existing founder-led formats and diversify the brand's winning creative library.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis on performance metrics to kill losing concepts fast and double down on winning iterations based on clear KPI triggers.
  • Hire and manage an in-house team of video editors, graphic designers, and project managers to support scaling objectives.
  • Continuously study competitors and market trends to ensure messaging remains the gold standard in the digital education and software space.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have scaled campaigns to $100K/day in ad spend, or led a team that built and executed an ad machine achieving $3M+/month consistently.
  • You have strong direct-response experience in e-commerce, info products, or affiliate/performance marketing, with a proven ability to generate winning creatives.
  • You are an AI-first creative, skilled with tools like Higgsfield, Kling 2.0, Nano-banana, and capable of producing high-volume UGC and video content.
  • You combine a strategic creative mindset with practical execution, crafting copy, hooks, and angles that scale while hitting strict ROAS targets. 
  • You execute quickly, take extreme ownership, and focus relentlessly on solving problems rather than pointing them out.
  • Resourcefulness/Scrappiness - you can come “batteries included” and just with you (without relying on editors or designers), make winner ads end to end yourself as an individual contributor. 


Bonus if you also bring:

  • Ability to write full word-for-word VSL scripts for AI avatar, actor-read, or voiceover + b-roll formats - faceless-first, production-ready, no founder presence required.
  • Comfortable owning funnel conversion narrative end-to-end and iterating based on live performance data.
  • Background in media buying for Meta.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have audited the funnels and launched your first creatives. You've produced 5-10 winners that outcompete the current agency, scaling spend to $45K/day with immediate ROI.
  • 60 Days: You are consistently producing winning ads that improve CPA. The creative engine is humming, and spend has successfully scaled to $50K-$60K/day.
  • 90 Days: You fully own the creative strategy and have increased testing velocity to 30+ ads/week. You are pushing the account toward $100K/day in spend while maintaining target ROAS.


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Intro Chat: A brief conversation with the recruiting team to review your background, scaling experience, and fit with the company’s culture.
  • Deep-Dive Interview: A technical and strategic session with the Head of Marketing to explore your “ad machine” framework, scaling successes, and AI UGC expertise.
  • Practical Task: A hands-on, paid assignment to showcase your ability to organize, script, and conceptualize high-converting ads for this audience.
  • Final Interview: A conversation with the Founder to discuss leadership, building the in-house team, and long-term opportunities.
