WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Own every marketing project from the moment a brief is received until it goes live
- Break down marketing briefs into specific deliverables and tasks, building full project structures in ClickUp with clear owners and dependencies
- Manage the handoff sequence, ensuring copy is written first, designs are approved, and developers have everything they need to start immediately
- Constantly identify the biggest threat to a deadline and attack it, whether that means pushing a copywriter or clearing a technical block for a developer
- Oversee diverse projects including multi-step funnels, landing pages, quiz funnels, and creative campaigns
- Keep all projects fully updated in ClickUp so the status is always transparent and no one ever has to ask for an update
- Act as a gatekeeper rather than a messenger, ensuring deliverables meet the required quality and nothing falls through the cracks.
- If a project timeline is slipping, you identify the issue early and escalate it immediately to keep the pipeline moving
WHO YOU ARE
- You have professional project management experience in a marketing or creative environment managing copy, design, and dev workflows
- You are highly skilled in ClickUp or a comparable tool, specifically in setting up dependencies and automations
- You are exceptional at turning complex projects into clear, organized systems
- You are well organized person and consider high-level organization a non-negotiable trait
- You are a proactive problem solver who figures out why a team member is blocked and clears the path immediately
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where speed is a core value and "idle time" is the enemy
