Maybe you've already got a foot in the door: an internship, a freelance gig, a personal project that actually moved numbers. That's a strong starting point here. What matters more than your CV, though, is the hunger to figure things out fast. This isn't some early-stage brand hoping to find its footing, it's already moving serious revenue every single month, and it has a track record of taking people with next to no e-commerce experience and turning them into some of the sharpest growth operators in the market within a year. It's happened three times already. You could be next.

If you've got an entrepreneurial streak, you're coachable, and you're ready to put in real hours to prove yourself, this is the fastest way into growth you'll find.

WHO THEY ARE

A fast-scaling DTC wellness brand in the beauty/supplement space with a highly engaged 35+ female audience. The flagship product has strong market fit and a rapidly growing subscriber base, over 50,000 subscribers in the first 18 months. Paid social (Meta first) is the biggest channel, with creative testing at the centre of the strategy. Founder-led, lean, and data-driven, expanding across the UK/EU and recently launched in the US.

The founder built this brand to solve a real problem for his own family, then scaled it into a category-defining name. That test-and-learn instinct still runs the culture, and it's exactly why they hire for potential over polish.

  • The entire current growth team started with little to no experience and trained up from scratch
  • Promotes on capability, not tenure: all three went from entry-level to significantly higher pay within a year
  • Fast, high-intensity, hands-on: this isn't a place to coast

This is a full-time, in-office role.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Real, hands-on training. Whether you're coming in with some experience or you're earlier in your career, the Head of Growth will train you directly, the same way he trained the current team.
  • Fast-track progression. Every member of the current growth team has been promoted well beyond their starting point within a year, based purely on what they can do.
  • Dedicated L&D budget. £5,000 a year to spend on your own development as you grow into the role.
  • Direct access to leadership. You'll be learning directly from the Head of Growth and the founder, not buried in a large team.
  • Top-tier setup. Work desktop and laptop, dual monitors, ergonomic chair, standing desk. Private health insurance through Vitality.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

  • Get thrown into every part of growth: paid social, CRO, retention, email/SMS, organic content, whatever needs attention that week
  • Learn the full e-commerce growth stack hands-on: Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and more, with direct coaching
  • Run and analyse your own small tests and initiatives under close guidance
  • Bring fresh ideas rather than just executing tasks handed to you
  • Build the reps to go from junior to owning your own piece of the growth roadmap

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ideally, you've got some exposure to marketing, e-commerce, or growth already, an internship, freelance work, a personal project that actually went somewhere. No experience isn't a dealbreaker, but you'll need a genuinely strong case for why you'll pick things up fast
  • You've got an entrepreneurial spirit: you've started something, side-hustled, or thrown yourself at a problem without being told exactly how
  • You're coachable. You take feedback fast, apply it immediately, and don't get defensive
  • You're a generalist at heart: you don't want to be boxed into one channel, you want exposure to everything
  • You're sharp and quick on a computer; you pick up new tools and platforms fast
  • You're down to work hard. This is a high-intensity, in-office role, and the team is used to putting in real hours to grow fast

Bonus if you've:

  • Any hands-on exposure to Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, or Klaviyo
  • Dabbled in A/B testing, landing page building, or subscription tools

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You've got hands-on proficiency in the core tools (Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, A/B testing tools) and understand the current initiatives running across the team.

60 Days: You're running small tests independently with guidance and starting to bring your own ideas into team discussions.

90 Days: You're trusted to own a defined piece of the growth roadmap with light supervision, and you're building the track record that gets you promoted, just like the rest of the team.
