We're looking for a meticulous CRO Manager to map a funnel, wireframe a winning landing page, and drive every possible point of CVR, AOV, and LTV uplift, for a high-growth, 8-figure DTC e-commerce incubator that’s scaling 4+ brands.
This isn't about incremental tweaks. It's about fundamentally redesigning the conversion path, building high-performance funnels, and owning the experimentation engine.
YOUR MISSION
To be the single owner of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Funnel Strategy across their portfolio of DTC brands. You will maximize revenue by creating, implementing, and reporting on an experimentation roadmap that drives continuous improvement across both new customer acquisition and returning customer experiences.
You will report to the Founders and serve as the hands-on CRO expert and strategist, executing on a vision that directly impacts the P&L of multiple brands

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

Full Experimentation Ownership: Create, own, and execute the end-to-end experimentation roadmap across multiple brands, covering acquisition funnels (VSLs, quiz funnels, advertorials) and returning customer flows.

Funnel Strategy & Build-Out: Lead the strategic development, wireframing, and testing of high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, upsell flows, and subscription models to dramatically improve AOV and LTV.

Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, and developers to rapidly implement and iterate on tests, championing a culture of fast, data-backed execution.

Data & Tool Mastery: Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), A/B testing platforms (e.g., Convert.com), and user behavior analytics (e.g., Clarity) to rigorously execute, monitor, and report on test outcomes.

Auditing & Optimization: Proactively audit brand websites to identify "low-hanging fruit" and formulate strategies that deliver immediate and long-term conversion rate improvements.

Reporting & Insight: Turn raw data into actionable, strategic recommendations, regularly reporting on funnel performance and the impact of the testing agenda.
WHO YOU ARE

Experienced Funnel Builder: Minimum 3 years of previous experience within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Ecom space. You understand the unique cadence and pressure of performance marketing.
- You must have an established CRO understanding. You don't just check for bugs; you check for functional compliance with CRO principles.

A Strategic Doer: You can fluently move from mapping a complex funnel strategy and wireframing a landing page to leading the team to execute and optimize it—fast.

Data Obsessed: You are an expert with GA4, A/B testing tools, and user behavior analytics, and you measure, test, and iterate constantly to improve performance.

Detail-Oriented Optimizer: You sweat the small stuff, from CTA placement to offer sequencing, and don’t ship a test until it’s optimized for CVR, AOV, and LTV.

High-Growth Thrive: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth DTC or agency environments, demonstrating resourcefulness, proactive ownership, and a quick ability to adapt and pivot.
