WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

- Manage and hold accountable external partners across Google Ads, Amazon, and Customer Support to ensure they hit specific monthly KPIs.
- Build and manage a smooth operational engine that successfully frees the CEO’s time to focus exclusively on high-leverage marketing and product development.
- Clean up and refine every aspect of the current operational tech stack and internal processes to ensure the business can scale smoothly.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of operational experience, ideally within a DTC high-growth subscription health or supplement brand.
- You don't just follow processes; you build them. You have a track record of implementing tech stacks and workflows that increase efficiency.
- You are a highly skilled, independent thinker who makes decisions based on the best interest of the business without needing constant direction.
- You are comfortable looking at KPIs (chargebacks, COGs, MER) and using data to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment where you can pivot between high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to "clean up" a department.
