Since starting in late 2024, they have rapidly expanded from the Netherlands to serving thousands of customers, primarily in the USA. They are on a mission to put one of their alarms in every household in America, and they need a world-class Creative Strategist to lead that charge.
YOUR MISSION
You will take full ownership of the creative engine at the heart of our client's performance department. You will lead the development of high-performing campaigns, moving the brand from founder-led creative to a structured, high-volume production system. Your goal is to find the winning angles and scripts that resonate with deep sleepers and busy households, directly contributing to a revenue goal of $30 million next year.
This is a full-time remote position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

- Uncover the emotional triggers of the "buying personas"—from people annoyed by their partner's alarm to chronic oversleepers who need a silent solution.
- Write high-converting scripts and provide detailed briefs for internal video editors and graphic designers.
- Analyze performance data to identify winning angles, then rapidly iterate on concepts to maintain growth.
- Manage internal editors and designers to ensure a seamless feedback loop and high creative "hit rates".
- Work in close, daily contact with the founders to align creative strategy with rapid expansion goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a proven track record as a Creative Strategist for a high-growth D2C e-commerce brand.
- You have a builder mindset with experience in the early stage growth journey of a brand, taking them from 10 million to 50 million in revenue.
- You understand "untouched markets" and how to test new angles systematically within a performance marketing framework.
- You are comfortable using Shopify, Meta, Slack, Canva, and Figma.
- You thrive on ownership, deliver concepts at a high daily pace, and do not need constant supervision.
- You are fluent in English (or Dutch) and provide quick, clear responses in a fast-messaging work culture.
- You are disciplined, eager to learn, and can handle the stress of scaling a business rapidly.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: You have fully integrated with the founders, mastered the current script-writing style, and taken over responsibility for the creative inflow.
- 60 Days: You are independently identifying new market angles and managing a consistent output of high-performing concepts.
- 90 Days: You have established a robust system that delivers a high volume of quality creatives, contributing to a measurable increase in monthly revenue.
