This is a fully remote, full-time role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Research and write 15+ scripts per week across customer avatars and awareness stages, primarily for Meta, with coverage across TikTok, YouTube, and AppLovin.
- Produce ready-to-shoot creative briefs for creators and video editors that are clear, complete, and conversion-focused every time.
- Collaborate with the influencer team on whitelisted ad workflows from brief to final approval.
- Review edits with a performance lens, giving specific feedback on openings, pacing, captions, on-screen proof, and CTAs.
- Maintain a content calendar covering promotions, product launches, and seasonal moments, keeping the team ahead of what's coming.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, concept varianting, and documentation.
- Contribute to weekly growth and creative strategy calls, bringing new testable ideas and performance learnings.
- Help push weekly creative testing capacity from 45 concepts toward 90 to 120 and beyond.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in DTC creative strategy for paid social, with Meta as your primary channel.
- You've worked in high-spend environments and know what it takes to sustain creative quality at volume.
- You have a strong scripting and copywriting background built on a real understanding of customer avatars, awareness stages, market sophistication, and behavioural psychology.
- You're experienced with whitelisting workflows and influencer collaborations, and comfortable owning the full brief to approval process.
- You can read performance data, hook rate, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and use it to drive what you build next.
- You're proficient in Meta Ads Manager and AI-native in your day-to-day workflow.
- You're fluent in English, proactive by nature, and bring new ideas to the table without being asked.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness DTC brands.
- Familiarity with Motion for creative analytics, or tools like ClickUp, Notion, Air, or Claude.
- An agency background or equivalent high-paced, high-volume creative environment.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You understand the brand, the customer avatars, the key angles, and the current creative frameworks. You're contributing to brief development and scripting, and your first batch of concepts is in the pipeline.
60 Days: You're producing 15+ new concepts per week, fully integrated into the creative workflows, and contributing actively to the testing calendar.
90 Days: You're delivering 20+ concepts per week independently, managing your own briefs and timelines, bringing proactive ideas to weekly calls, and making a measurable contribution to testing volume and ad performance.
