As a Performance Creative Specialist, you will be the engine behind their ad performance. You will collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to ensure every script and visual direction is engineered to drive performance and scale the brand.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years of experience in a D2C Performance Creative role with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
- You have a deep understanding of Meta Ads and how to create content specifically for high-performance social environments.
- You don’t just "make things look good", you understand ad performance metrics and can translate data into actionable creative briefs.
- You have strong written content creation skills, particularly in scriptwriting, and can use diverse storytelling methods to captivate an audience.
- You are comfortable working with AI tools and eager to integrate them into your daily creative process.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and can collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
