This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, niche performance agency at the intersection of data-driven strategy and high-impact UGC production. As a Creative Pod Manager, you will act as the "top of the triangle," leading a specialized team of creative strategists, video editors, and creator managers to deliver high-performing paid video ads for some of the most ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands.


You will bridge the gap between high-level creative vision and operational execution. If you are a seasoned Creative Strategist who has mastered the art of the winning hook but is now ready to step into a leadership role, mentoring a team, managing client relationships, and optimizing internal workflows, this is the seat for you.

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role overlapping with US hours.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Orchestrate a dedicated creative unit, including a Creative Strategist, Video Editor, and Creator Manager, to ensure high-quality ad delivery stays strictly on schedule.
  • Review all pod-generated briefs and scripts to ensure every concept is rooted in deep brand research and competitor analysis before production begins.
  • Analyze performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, CPA, ROAS) across client ad accounts to identify winning patterns and direct the iteration of high-performing creative assets.
  • Act as the strategic lead in client interactions, providing proactive updates and expert guidance to maintain a client satisfaction rate of 95% or higher.
  • Lead bi-weekly brainstorming sessions to refine the Creative Strategy Playbook, turning team feedback and performance data into standardized agency-wide improvements.
  • Identify and clear friction points in the UGC production funnel, from creator scouting to final editing, to scale output without sacrificing quality.
  • Conduct ongoing team training to elevate the strategic and technical skills of your pod members, fostering a culture of high performance and creative growth.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to ensure pod activities and creative output are perfectly aligned with broader agency growth targets.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a deep understanding of creative strategy and direct response marketing for DTC/eCommerce brands.
  • You have previously worked in a fast-paced agency environment and understand the nuances of managing multiple client accounts.
  • You have experience managing cross-functional teams and know how to keep a team motivated and on schedule.
  • You are adept at utilizing AI tools to enhance ideation and speed up the briefing process.
  • You evaluate content based on performance metrics like hook rates and conversion data, and translate those insights into clear, actionable improvements.
