Apply for this job

If you enjoy building creator systems, working closely with creative teams, and turning UGC into a predictable growth lever, this role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling DTC operation.

This high-growth DTC brand is looking for a UGC Content Manager to own and evolve its creator ecosystem, from sourcing and partnerships to process design and delivery.

You’ll work closely with Creative Strategists and leadership to ensure UGC production runs smoothly and scales efficiently as the brand grows.

WHO THEY ARE

A DTC hair care brand with a core product designed to simplify grey hair coverage compared to traditional dye solutions. The brand has scaled rapidly through paid social, with creative volume and quality acting as the primary growth lever.

As they move into their next phase, their focus is on building repeatable systems, strong teams, and scalable processes that support long-term growth.

You’ll fit right in if you like:

  • Working in teams that value autonomy and trust
  • A results-driven environment where performance matters
  • Clear communication and shared accountability
  • A culture that rewards initiative rather than tenure

This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Ownership of the UGC and creator function
  • Direct collaboration with Creative Strategists and leadership
  • Opportunity to build systems, not just manage tasks
  • Clear growth path as the brand expands creator partnerships and channels
  • Remote, flexible working environment
  • Paid time off

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

In this role, you’ll be responsible for making UGC production faster, cleaner, and more scalable.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end UGC workflow, from creator sourcing to approved assets
  • Improve and maintain creator processes and project tracking
  • Build and manage a pool of repeat, high-performing creators
  • Develop longer-term creator relationships and partnerships
  • Support Creative Strategists by sourcing creators for specific scripts and angles
  • Ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years of experience managing UGC or creators for DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Comfortable working with UGC platforms and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of how UGC supports paid social performance
  • Highly organised, proactive, and systems-minded
  • Confident collaborating with creative teams and leadership
  • Able to take ownership and improve processes without heavy direction
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely with a global team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience building repeat creator or affiliate programs
  • Background working with performance-focused creative teams
  • Experience scaling UGC output in a fast-growth environment

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 days: You understand the product, the audience, and the current UGC workflow. You’re comfortable working in the existing tools, collaborating with the creative team, and spotting where things slow down or break.
  • 60 days: UGC production runs more smoothly. Creator turnaround is faster, requests from creative are clearer, and you’re starting to build a base of repeat creators. There’s better visibility into what’s in progress and what’s coming next.
  • 90 days: UGC output is consistent and predictable. You’ve established a reliable pool of creators, reduced delays, and clarified ownership across the process.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Intro Chat: A short conversation to understand your background, experience with UGC or creator management, and what you’re looking for next.
  • Deep-Dive Interview: A more detailed discussion focused on how you approach UGC workflows, creator partnerships, and working with creative teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Practical Task: A short task designed to understand how you think about organising, scaling, and improving UGC processes.
  • Final Interview: A final conversation to review your task, align on expectations, and discuss next steps.
