This is a full-time contractor position supporting a team on the CST timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Leading all client kickoff, status, and strategy meetings to act as the primary knowledge source and driving force for account success
  • Facilitating collaboration between Paid Media, SEO, and WebDev teams to ensure all project deliverables are hit on time and within scope
  • Translating monthly reports into Loom videos and live presentations that clearly communicate ROI and the general health of the account
  • Analyzing existing books of business to uncover and pitch upsell or cross-sell opportunities that align with the client’s long-term goals
  • Leading hard conversations regarding budget, scope, or performance to maintain trust and protect the agency-client relationship
  • Regularly contributing to the evolution of internal SOPs and methods of working based on real-world feedback and results


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2+ of experience in a fast-paced agency environment, specifically managing client expectations and project lifecycles
  • You have a proven track record of specifically managing client expectations and complex project lifecycles
  • Deep functional understanding of Paid Search, SEO, and CRM mechanics is a huge bonus
  • You take full ownership of account health, leading cross-functional teams and resolving high-pressure situations with composure and authority
  • You are a personable, solution-focused collaborator who values team success and maintains a professional, composed presence in every interaction


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have fully integrated into the baseline Account Management processes and successfully completed the transition period. You are beginning to take independent ownership of account tasks and have established a rhythmic communication style with the Department Head
  • 90 Days: You have achieved 95–100% account ownership, leading all client meetings independently and managing the full project lifecycle without oversight. You have identified at least 1–2 strategic growth opportunities (upsells or cross-sells) within your book and have successfully pitched them
  • 180 Days: You are recognized as the "go-to" strategic partner for your clients, fully owning renewals and navigating major milestones with complete autonomy. Your accounts show high health scores, and you are actively contributing to the refinement of internal agency SOPs based on your hands-on results
