This role is made for someone who loves working with people just as much as managing projects, and who gets energy from being in the mix with creative and strategy. You’ll be the go-to person for several DTC clients, making sure nothing slips, everyone’s clear on what’s next, and the work we deliver isn’t just pretty, but performs.

After years of making shiny big-agency ads that won awards but didn’t drive performance, the founders set out to do things differently. Now performance comes first, always backed by strong creatives.

This is a full-time role. If you’re based outside of the US, this would be a full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

In this role, success means more than keeping projects organized. You’ll be central to ensuring clients feel supported, teams stay aligned, and creative work delivers results.

You will:

  • Run client relationships – lead calls, set agendas, manage expectations, and provide proactive updates
  • Drive execution – coordinate across creative, media, and operations to move deliverables from concept to launch
  • Manage feedback loops – translate client feedback into actionable next steps, reducing friction internally
  • Write briefs when needed – produce polished creative briefs quickly and clearly
  • Support ideation – contribute ideas in internal brainstorms informed by client knowledge, creative trends, and performance data
  • Enable growth – free up leadership by fully owning your accounts, helping the agency scale thoughtfully


WHO YOU ARE

  • 1–3+ years of experience in account management, client service, or project management within a DTC-focused agency (non-negotiable)
  • Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to write independently and deliver client-ready briefs without heavy editing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive – can juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean team where everyone collaborates on strategy and creative
  • Willing to work US East Coast hours (regardless of location)
  • Bonus: Experience with paid social, UGC workflows, or creative production
