Own the entire Amazon operation of an eCommerce incubator that owns over eight brands, generating in total nearly $100m in annual revenue, with $20m/yr currently generated on Amazon alone.


This role has 2 core responsibilities:

  • Build scalable systems that can support hundreds of SKUs and over $100m/yr revenue.
  • Take newly launched successful products from a DTC brand, and scale them on Amazon to #1 best sellers in the specific market it’s in (for example, taking a Gut Cleanse product that is succeeding in Meta Ads, and turning it into a sensational success on Amazon)


Required: Being the head of an Amazon operation generating a minimum of $20 m/yr in revenue.


WHO THEY ARE

This is a fast-scaling eCommerce incubator behind eight high-performing brands in the Supplements and Skin Care space. This is not an agency; it’s a builder’s environment where brands are launched and scaled on a regular basis. Expect high standards, direct access to decision-makers, and meaningful ownership of outcomes.

This is a full‑time, remote contractor role supporting a Team on the CET timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Own from head to toe the entire Amazon operation of the company
  • Own the process of launching new products on Amazon and Walmart, and drive them to #1 best sellers in the categories.
  • Systemize the PPC management process.
  • Train managers underneath you in the team.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team.
  • Systemize account management processes, including shipment creation, listings creation, AH monitoring, and more.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You’ve led operations in a business where the Amazon operations generate at least $20M+ annually, with direct oversight of both operations and marketing
  • You have a deep knowledge of Amazon FBA, from flat file catalog uploads to shipment creation, account health troubleshooting, and marketplace expansion
  • You are an expert in PPC for growing listings to #1 in the category.
