We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of the Amazon channel for a fast-growing beauty brand disrupting the anti-aging space. If you're experienced in building and optimizing storefronts, scaling ad campaigns, and crafting keyword-rich product listings that convert, you’ll love this opportunity.

WHO THEY ARE

This is a science-forward skincare company on a mission to challenge industry hype with real, clinically-proven results. Their flagship anti-aging product has already built a loyal global following, thanks to a commitment to transparency and performance.

Behind the brand is a lean, fast-moving team of high-performers spanning growth, product, and operations. It’s a remote-first culture with a bias toward action, extreme ownership, and fast feedback loops. Every team member plays a key role in shaping the next stage of growth, with visibility into strategy and the freedom to execute.

If you're energized by direct-to-consumer brands that blend product innovation, speed, and strong brand voice, this is a unique opportunity to get in early and help scale something special.

This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world. For candidates based in the US, the arrangement is under a 1099 contract.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Full ownership of the Amazon channel, end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth
  • A remote-first, full-time role designed for deep focus and autonomy
  • The opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as the marketplace function scales
  • A high-impact seat at the table within a fast-scaling DTC brand in the beauty and anti-aging space
  • Build deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing beauty categories on Amazon

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Execute brand strategy, including channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent across Amazon’s marketplace
  • Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance
  • Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using Amazon PPC campaigns, enhanced content, and A/B testing
  • Manage forecasting of annual sales, management of inventory planning & replenishment
  • Implement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, and Display ads
  • Monitor performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, etc.) and produce clear & actionable reports
  • Monitor trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; analyze brand positioning, consumer insights and other various data, including sales trends, conversion rates, and return trends

WHO YOU ARE

  • You’ve worked in direct-to-consumer or performance-driven ecommerce environments where speed, iteration, and conversion rates matter
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with US/EU marketplace operations, ideally in beauty, supplements, or health & wellness, including:
  • Product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US/EU consumer regulations (e.g., FDA for supplements)
  • Proven success with Amazon US/EU-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics)
  • Demonstrated understanding of US/EU consumer behavior, seasonal trends (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday), and competition dynamics
  • Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child Variations
  • Experience with Walmart.com is a plus!
  • Strong grasp of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or SellerBoard
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter seeking to grow a business and drive positive results
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Amazon DSP, external traffic strategies, or international marketplaces
