Creative Strategist

If you know how to turn ideas into winning ads and you’re comfortable creating, testing, and scaling creative at volume, this is where you take full ownership of performance.

You’ll be responsible for developing new creative angles, launching concepts, and improving performance across paid channels. This role is about bringing structure, intent, and strategy to creative output.

They are a fast-growing DTC brand focused on making everyday life easier for their customers through practical, problem-solving products.

The company has gained traction through paid acquisition and is now focused on expanding creative diversity and improving the quality of testing. Their current growth relies heavily on UGC, and they are looking to evolve beyond that by introducing stronger angles and more intentional creative strategy.

The team operates in a flexible, fast-moving environment where autonomy, teamwork, and openness to new ideas are key. There is no rigid structure, people are expected to take ownership, adapt quickly, and contribute to growth.


This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the Directors.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO 

This role is focused on increasing creative output quality and performance through better ideas and execution.

You will:

  • Develop and test new creative concepts and angles
  • Create ads yourself and work with video editors to bring concepts to life
  • Improve creative diversity and introduce new approaches beyond current formats
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on CPA and ROAS targets
  • Collaborate with affiliate and creative teams to align on testing priorities
  • Work across channels such as Meta, Applovin, and YouTube (Google)
  • Contribute new ideas that increase testing volume and improve results
  • Bring more intent and structure to creative production


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have worked as a Creative Strategist for 7–9 figure brands and helped drive growth
  • You have experience working with UGC-heavy brands
  • You are comfortable developing creative ideas and executing them yourself
  • You have experience working with or managing video editors to produce ads
  • You understand what drives performance and can optimize based on CPA and ROAS
  • You are adaptable, can learn quickly, and work independently over time
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, flexible environment without rigid structure
  • You are fluent in English


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days

Develop a deep understanding of the brand, customer, and competition. Start building and launching initial creative concepts, with the first ads live and early performance signals coming in.

60 Days

Identify initial winning creatives that are meeting target CPA and ROAS. Double down on what’s working, refine underperforming concepts, and continue increasing creative output with more structured testing.

90 Days

Operate with a consistent flow of winning concepts. Creative production runs with clear intent, supported by video editors, and performance is improving through ongoing testing and iteration.
