This isn’t a role for someone who “manages campaigns".


It’s for someone who lives inside the numbers, spots patterns before they’re obvious, and knows exactly when to push and when to pivot.


You’ll be deep in the accounts daily - diagnosing performance, running high-volume tests, and making fast, confident decisions that drive scale. If you think in systems, move quickly, and care about outcomes over optics, you’ll fit right in.

What started as an experiment in high-converting advertorial funnels quickly turned into a fast-scaling performance marketing agency.


Today, they partner with high-growth DTC brands across health, wellness, fashion, and consumer goods - operating at the intersection of creative, media buying, and CRO to drive measurable results.


The team runs on a simple principle: execution above all. No overthinking. No slow cycles. Just clear hypotheses, fast testing, and decisive scaling.


You’ll work directly with founders who set the direction but trust you to own performance and make calls.


This is a full-time contractor position, aligned with PST/EST time zones.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Monitor ad accounts daily, catching inefficiencies early and keeping performance within target CPA
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist and founders to align on testing priorities and weekly creative drops
  • Analyze performance deeply to uncover opportunities and act on them fast
  • Execute and optimize campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, supported by attribution tools like Northbeam
  • Run continuous funnel and creative tests to improve CPA and conversion rates
  • Build and interpret performance dashboards using tools like MANUS, Openclaw, and Claude for full visibility into account health


WHO YOU ARE

  • You’ve scaled at least one account to six-figure monthly spend
  • You’re comfortable operating in high-volume testing environments, ideally within a performance agency or fast-moving DTC brand
  • You’re highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and understand attribution (Northbeam or similar)
  • You know how to turn data into decisions, not just reports
  • You operate with high ownership, low ego, and a constant drive to improve performance
