They have moved past the startup phase and are now seeking a powerhouse Creative Strategist to join their remote team and bridge the gap between performance analytics and high-converting production.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Translate complex ad account metrics into actionable video scripts and creative briefs for the production team
  • Manage the production workflow by guiding in-house editors to ensure every frame hits the mark
  • Analyze NCPA and ROAS weekly to iterate on winning hooks and body copy
  • Identify and vet the top 1% of UGC creators who can authentically deliver your scripts and stop the scroll
  • Execute deep-dive competitor research to build a high-velocity swipe file of market-beating concepts so the brand never starts from zero
  • Engineer a repeatable testing framework that transforms raw data into a scalable creative engine to drive 100% year-over-year growth


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a proven track record of writing high-converting scripts for scaling DTC brands
  • You have personally handled creative strategy for accounts spending over $100k on a single asset
  • You naturally understand the psychology of hooks, transitions, and consumer buying triggers
  • You are proficient in Notion and use AI to streamline your research and writing process
  • You are a self-starter who goes above and beyond to ensure the brand wins


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You have mastered the brand voice and delivered your first round of test scripts
  • 60 Days: You are managing a consistent pipeline of 10+ unique concepts per week that are being spent
  • 90 Days: You have established a repeatable testing framework that is driving the brand's growth goals


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
