We’re looking for a Video Editor who can produce high-quality video ads at scale while maintaining sharp attention to detail. This role goes beyond basic editing; you’ll be crafting performance-driven content, experimenting with AI tools, and refining creatives based on what works.

WHO THEY ARE

They’re a performance creative studio and media buying team partnering with high-growth DTC brands that spend aggressively on Meta and TikTok.

They build scalable, conversion-focused ads - UGC, mashups, VSL-style creatives, AI-enhanced variations - designed to win and scale spend. Every edit is judged by performance, not aesthetics.

The team operates at the intersection of consumer psychology, media buying data, and advanced creative tooling. Editors collaborate closely with creative strategists and media buyers, using proprietary systems and AI-powered workflows to produce high-output, data-backed creatives every week.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Edit and deliver 10+ high-converting video ads per week to ensure all scaling ad accounts are fully stocked with fresh creative
  • Use tools like Sora, Kling, and Veo 3 to generate hyper-realistic B-roll and avatars, resulting in ads where viewers can’t distinguish AI from reality
  • Produce multiple variations of winning scripts by swapping hooks and visual cues to find the winning combination that lowers CPA
  • Manage your entire production pipeline through their internal platform, ensuring 90% of your edits pass the strategist's quality check on the first try
  • Apply core marketing principles to every timeline you build, creating 60-90 second VSLs and UGC mashups specifically engineered to drive clicks


WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years of experience editing UGC and VSL ads for paid media, with strong skills in retention, hook pacing, and performance-driven storytelling
  • Experience creating ads for Meta and TikTok, ideally for DTC brands or performance-focused teams, including high-spend scaling campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut, able to produce clean, polished, conversion-focused edits
  • Skilled in using AI tools for video production (e.g., Sora, Kling, Seedance) for video, voiceovers, and B-roll
  • Deep understanding of direct-response editing, VSL pacing, and conversion-focused creative
  • Able to follow structured briefs independently and deliver high-quality work with fast turnaround
  • Fluent or near-fluent in English, able to clearly understand written briefs and feedback
