YOUR MISSION
To drive customer acquisition through video.
You’ll be responsible for creating short-form, performance-driven video ads that grab attention within seconds, hold it with compelling pacing, and inspire viewers to take action. Your goal isn’t just to “edit”. It’s to build creative assets that convert.
From UGC to testimonial compilations to product explainer ads, you’ll turn raw footage into high-converting creatives that directly impact revenue. Every video you produce will play a key role in testing new angles, scaling ad spend, and helping the brand grow efficiently.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
You’ll play a key role in scaling the brand’s paid media performance by producing platform-native, conversion-driven video ads that are tested, iterated, and optimized based on real data.
You’ll be:

Producing short-form, native video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts: Your core focus will be creating engaging direct-response ads that feel platform-native and tailored to the format and behavior of each channel.

Creating multiple variations to test hooks, structures, and CTAs: Each creative will be approached as a test. Expect to produce several iterations to find the winning angle, with creative testing baked into the workflow.

Turning raw content into high-performing concepts: Whether it’s UGC, testimonials, review snippets, or lo-fi product footage, you’ll transform raw inputs into cohesive storylines that sell.

Leveraging trends, formats, and cultural signals: You’ll stay up to speed on editing trends, TikTok formats, ad tropes, and sound design that align with performance goals and feel native to each platform.

Analyzing performance metrics and iterating accordingly: You’ll review creative-level data to understand what’s resonating and use that insight to improve future creatives.

Experienced: You’ve edited direct-response video ads for DTC or eCommerce brands and understand what makes content convert, whether it’s UGC, founder-led clips, or product-focused visuals.

Performance-Driven: You focus on the outcome of your work. Metrics like CTR, ROAS, watch time, and CPA aren’t abstract, you know how to affect them through smart creative choices.
