The creative pipeline is the bottleneck. This hire exists to fix that.


This is a fast-scaling information products brand in the women's sales education space. Currently spending $350K a month on Meta with a clear target to break $500K and then $1M. The creative team right now is two people: a head of marketing and a founder. Five to seven concepts a week. That's not enough for where they're going.


This role owns the entire creative pipeline from research to concept to brief. You'll be the first dedicated Creative Strategist in the company, working directly with a media buyer, a video editor, and reporting into the founder and partner. If you want to build something from scratch at a brand that's all-in on performance and already has proven product-market fit, this is the seat.


WHO THEY ARE

This is a fast-growing information products company in the women's sales training space. They've built the fastest-growing all-women's sales academy in the category, with over 9,700 students trained on closing high-ticket deals. The model is direct response at its core: Meta spend drives leads into a webinar, webinar sells high ticket, and everything is measured by CPL, CPA, and booked calls.


The team is small, senior, and operator-led. There's no committee. Decisions come fast, feedback is data-backed, and the culture rewards people who take ownership and move without being told. They also reward their team week over week with company incentives, and every long-term employee participates in stock options and the eventual company exit.

The creative department is being built right now. This person is the foundation of it.


This is a fully remote, full-time Contractor role. Working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM EST or flexible with a 2-hour overlap window.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

This role is focused on multiplying creative testing velocity from 5 to 7 concepts a week to 3 to 5 times that, while improving concept quality to the point where they actually scale to cold audiences.

You will:

  • Own the creative pipeline end to end, from market research and angle development through scripting, briefing, and managing production with the video editor.
  • Develop new concepts daily across formats including UGC skits, mashups, podcast style, street interviews, VSL style, and AI-generated video.
  • Leverage AI tools including Claude, Gemini, HeyGen, and video generation platforms to accelerate production and concept iteration.
  • Review the ad account daily, track CPL, CPA, hook rate, hold rate, and CTR to understand what's working and kill what isn't.
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing, media buyer, and video editor to keep the assembly line moving and ensure every concept ships on time.
  • Spearhead expansion into new ad platforms as the brand scales beyond Meta.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Direct-response operator with hands-on experience as a creative strategist, or in a directly adjacent role at an ecommerce, lead-gen, pay-per-call, or information products company.
  • Fluent in performance metrics, you can look at CPL, CPA, hook rate, and hold rate and know exactly what the creative needs to do differently.
  • Information products or ecommerce background, ideally at a company doing at least $30M a year.
  • Long-form and short-form capable, from 15-second hooks to full VSL-style scripts, you understand how to write for conversion at every length.
  • AI-native, comfortable using Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and AI video tools as primary production tools, not just experiments.
  • Full-time committed, this role requires full availability. No side gigs, no splitting focus.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken at a native level for a US-based audience.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience writing for women's health, education, or personal development offers
  • Familiarity with Eugene Schwartz's awareness framework or similar direct response foundations
  • Experience with Meta Ads Library, Foreplay, or HeyGen


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: You've fully integrated into the workflow, shipped 5 to 10 refined concepts per week, and demonstrated you understand the avatar, the offer, and how to brief the video editor without hand-holding.
  • 60 Days: Your concepts are live, hitting baseline CPL and CPA targets, and you're proactively managing the production pipeline and identifying new angles from performance data.
  • 90 Days: Your creatives are producing winning results, lowering CPL, increasing ROAS, and driving booked calls. You're running the creative pipeline and ad account review independently.
