This is a remote-first, full-time contractor role. You can be based anywhere within roughly 3-4 hours of CET to keep close alignment with the team.

Days 1-30 Immerse & diagnose: Deep dive on the brand, the audience, and current social. Deliver a clear audit of what's working, what's missing, what you'd change. Take ownership of the daily voice.

Days 31-60 Set the direction: Set up a distinct channel strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, a moments-led content calendar, and a community-management approach that turns the comments section into a real asset.

Days 61-90 Build momentum: Ship consistently against the marketing and content calendars and product drops, and show clear signs of virality and genuine community, climbing engagement per post, saves, shares, and people coming back to be part of the conversation. Establish how social plugs into campaigns and shoots.
