Our client is a retention marketing agency with the largest Klaviyo book of business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and is 1 of the 44 'Elite' partners globally.
They're currently looking for a world-class Senior Lifecycle Strategist with strong experience in eCommerce to join their team. Specializing in lifecycle, CRM, and email/SMS optimization, they partner with the most exciting, high-growth Health, Wellness, and Beauty (HWB) brands to architect their retention success.
Their mission is to turn one-time buyers into loyal, high-LTV advocates through best-in-class strategy and execution.
This is a client-facing leadership role bridging strategy, client success, and team management. You will own the lifecycle marketing strategy and performance for a portfolio of 5-6 high-impact B2C/eCommerce client accounts, directly driving significant revenue growth and retention improvements.
This is a full-time, remote contractor role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work remotely from anywhere in the world.
Key Areas of Impact & Ownership
- Design, implement, and rigorously manage end-to-end lifecycle strategies (Email, SMS, in-app, etc.) for your portfolio, with laser focus on retention, LTV expansion, and CRO across the customer journey.
- Leverage deep Klaviyo expertise and customer data platforms to build next-generation segmentation, rigorous A/B testing frameworks, and high-impact, data-backed campaign calendars that move the needle.
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor, leading strategic conversations with the Founders and Marketing Heads of your client accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and set the strategic direction for your dedicated 4-person pod (Strategist, Strategy Associate, Copywriter, Designer), providing high-value feedback and strategic oversight.
- Maintain a "player-coach" mindset. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and step into execution or detailed work when needed to unblock the team and guarantee client success.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with all clients and internal teams, ensuring all interactions, written and verbal, are polished and professional.
- Exhibit a clear and measurable desire to grow your career into a Director-level leadership position, actively mentoring junior Strategists and driving internal strategic initiatives.
What You Bring: The Non-Negotiables
- 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in email and lifecycle marketing.
- Concrete, demonstrable success with B2C/eCommerce and subscription brands is a must. You speak the language of DTC.
- Deep working knowledge and hands-on operational experience with Klaviyo is essential.
- You are a calm force under pressure who handles changing client demands and a fast-moving environment without losing focus.
