As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the creative direction for high-performing campaigns, using data and analytics to guide decisions while staying true to authentic, creator-led content.


In this role, you will act as the key driver of growth, translating performance metrics into actionable creative strategies, testing new approaches, and shaping content that turns browsers into buyers. Your work will directly influence how the brand scales toward its next major milestones.

This is a fully remote, full-time role working 9am–5pm EST.


WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Growth into Leadership: Your path is to take over day-to-day leadership as the Lead Creative Strategist.
  • Massive Creative Scale: You will be responsible for a high-volume testing environment, launching 15–20 new briefs or iterations weekly.
  • Performance Rewards: Compensation includes a fixed base salary supplemented by performance-based bonuses for winning ad creatives.
  • Full Remote Autonomy: Work from anywhere as long as you are aligned with the EST time zone.


WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Producing 15–20 detailed briefs and iterations per week to maintain a constant stream of fresh content for paid social channels.
  • Crafting UGC scripts and hooks specifically designed to drive performance metrics on Meta and TikTok.
  • Directing video editors and collaborating with creator managers to ensure all raw content aligns with strategic creative briefs.
  • Partnering with the media buyer to analyze ad data, identifying winning patterns, and rapidly iterating on successful concepts.
  • Studying customer reviews, testimonials, and competitor behavior to uncover and exploit new marketing angles.
  • Leading morning kickoffs and concluding each day with documented wins and technical learnings to keep the creative team aligned.
  • Integrating AI tools like Claude and Higgsfield into the workflow to accelerate research, ideation, and script development.
  • Transitioning from day-to-day execution to overseeing high-level messaging and strategy as the brand scales.
  • Proactively identifying creative performance drops and developing new testing angles to maintain consistent revenue growth.
  • Working with design and media buying teams to review ad performance and optimize the entire customer journey.


WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative operations, or UGC production specifically for a skincare or beauty brand.
  • You have a proven track record of writing high-performing scripts and briefs that drive measurable sales and engagement.
  • You are highly proficient in analyzing paid social performance metrics to guide your creative iterations and strategy.
  • You are experienced in managing video editors and possess the attention to details. 
  • You are proficient in or ready to master a creative stack that includes Notion, Foreplay, Kalodata, Claude, and Higgsfield.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, taking full ownership of your output without needing constant instruction.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 Days: Launch new hooks and concepts, deliver UGC scripts, and use performance data to guide strategy while collaborating with creator managers and media buyers.
  • 60 Days: Take full ownership of the creative testing pipeline, analyze ad performance, iterate messaging, and optimize workflows for speed and efficiency.
  • 90 Days: Establish high-quality creative direction, maintain a steady stream of winning ads, and implement advanced testing strategies to drive scalable, long-term growth.


WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Intro Chat: A short conversation to discuss your background and experience with high-volume creative strategy.
  • Deep-Dive Interview: A technical discussion with the Creative Director and Head of Growth regarding your portfolio and performance-testing philosophy.
  • Practical Test Project: A paid test project to demonstrate your ability to research, concept, and script a winning ad for the brand.
  • Final Interview: A final alignment call to discuss long-term growth and transition into a lead role.
