This influencer partnership manager role starts with a blank slate: no existing team, no fixed playbook, just a six-figure budget and full ownership of how it gets spent. The person who takes it will build the entire creator engine from scratch, running everything from micro-seeding to co-creation deals with top-tier talent, while working closely with the paid performance team to turn creator content into revenue.


The brand sits in premium beauty and lifestyle, with a strong design identity and a following that already includes retail partners across Europe. Influencer strategy sits at the center of how the brand grows next, both culturally and commercially.

This is a remote-first, full-time contractor role. You can be based anywhere within roughly 3-4 hours of CET to keep close alignment with the team.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Own and execute the full influencer marketing strategy across all paid & organic social channels
  • Define the channel mix across gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate hybrids, and co-creation deals
  • Build a structured micro-influencer seeding program between 10K and 100K followers
  • Close high-value partnerships with macro and mega influencers, including co-collection campaigns
  • Build and manage an influencer affiliate program tied to trackable revenue, working alongside the affiliate manager
  • Structure commission tiers and deal terms that reward top performers and scale efficiently
  • Configure whitelisting and partnership ads to get the most out of every piece of content
  • Plan and run seasonal campaigns end to end, from outreach through performance tracking
  • Build toward owning a six-figure influencer budget, with full accountability for ROI
  • Track EMV, CPM, CPE, ROAS, attributed revenue, and affiliate conversion, and turn that data into fast decisions
  • Build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely fit the brand
  • Scope and make the function's first hire once the foundation is solid


WHO YOU ARE

  • You've got 4+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion DTC
  • You've managed a six-figure influencer budget with a track record of profitable ROI
  • You are fluent in how content performs differently across paid & organic social channels
  • You've built and scaled influencer affiliate programs tied to real revenue outcomes
  • You are sharp with whitelisting, partnership ads, and repurposing UGC for paid performance
  • You are analytical, comfortable with attribution, EMV, LTV, CAC, and contribution margin
  • You are a natural relationship builder that creators want to work with
  • You have a strong eye for what feels premium, authentic, and on-brand


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • 30 days: You've completed a full audit of the influencer landscape, mapped competitors, built relationships with key existing partners, and identified the first 20 micro-influencer targets. You've aligned on KPIs and delivered a 90-day roadmap.
  • 60 days: The micro-seeding program is live with a clear outreach-to-post pipeline. You've launched 5 to 10 paid influencer partnerships, and stood up basic affiliate tracking. You've shared a first performance report with clear takeaways.
  • 90 days: The affiliate program is generating trackable revenue. You've closed at least one significant macro or mega partnership, and shown measurable growth in attributed revenue and content output.
