This is a full-time, hybrid role (regular travel to the Hamburg office will be required)

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Own new customer acquisition end-to-end across Meta, TikTok and Google, with full responsibility for strategy, budget and results.
- Build a structured testing framework across audiences, bids, offers and landing pages, killing losers fast and scaling winners hard.
- Build the measurement and attribution stack from the ground up, including pixels, server-side tracking (CAPI) and incrementality testing, so every call is made on real data, not last-click illusions.
- Navigate the unique compliance and creative demands of the diet and wellness category while scaling spend aggressively.
- Hire, manage and mentor media buyers, holding them and agency partners to clear, measurable targets.
- Partner closely with the Creative Strategist, feeding performance data back into briefs so the creative pipeline always knows what's winning and why.
- Report on contribution margin, CPA, LTV, MER and payback period, connecting every euro of spend directly to the bottom line.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years in performance marketing, including time leading a team, ideally inside a high-growth D2C, FMCG or performance agency environment.
- You've profitably scaled six-to-seven-figure monthly ad budgets across Meta, TikTok and Google.
- You think in contribution margin, not just ROAS. CPA, LTV, MER and payback period are your native language.
- You've built or owned a measurement stack: GA4, pixel and server-side tracking (CAPI), attribution tooling, incrementality or MMM approaches.
- You run structured experiments with real statistical rigor: clean hypotheses, proper sample sizes, decisions based on significance rather than gut feel.
- You know platforms down to account structure, bid strategy and algorithm behaviour, and how to keep them stable at scale.
- You've hired, developed and held media buyers and agency partners accountable to clear targets.
- You speak German and English fluently
