WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
- Manage profitable scale across 7- and 8-figure DTC brands by overseeing performance on Meta ad accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
- Optimize the full funnel by identifying and eliminating performance bottlenecks from ad click to final purchase.
- Ensure campaign decisions are profit-driven using metrics like MER and contribution margin to guide strategic media investment.
- Systemize content effectiveness by developing and implementing creative testing frameworks and briefs for the internal design teams.
- Deliver holistic growth strategies by building campaigns that directly align with client brand strategy and financial goals.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner by translating complex data into clear insights and next steps that build client confidence.
- Maintain account stability and leadership by providing proactive structure and calm guidance during periods of performance fluctuation.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
- You’ve worked at an agency or directly with D2C brands, and know what it takes to scale, with a proven track record scaling campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly ad spend
- You are fluent in analytics and performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TripleWhale, Hyros, Shopify metrics, etc.).
- You understand core business metrics: revenue, cost of goods, ad spend, and profit
- You thrive in a remote setup, manage your own time well, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You enjoy partnering with creatives and strategists to improve campaign outputs
