We're looking for a Direct-Response Creative Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn raw data into a machine that produces winning ads on demand.
YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to build the creative engine that fuels the next phase of hyper-growth. You will be coordinating creative efforts, ensuring a high hit rate of winning ads, and building a predictable system for creative evolution to scale the brand to $100M. You will report directly to the CMO.
They need someone to build and lead their internal creative machine, ensuring they maintain a high hit rate and predictable creative output at massive scale.
WHO THEY ARE
They are a DTC oral care brand that is currently generating 7 figures in revenue, having scaled explosively since launching in Q4 2024. They are on track to hit $100M next year, backed by a planned $20M ad spend increase in 2026. They exist to make cleaner, science-driven oral wellness accessible.
This is a full‑time, remote contractor role supporting a Team on the CST timezone.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

Daily concepting & briefing: Your day-to-day will be focused on creating high-volume, data-backed briefs for new concepts, ensuring the creative SLA is consistently met.

Direct-response creative strategy: Lead the strategic development of high-performing ad concepts for their unique oral care products, owning the scriptwriting process for all direct response video ads (UGC, testimonials, demo videos, etc.), ensuring every script maximizes hooks and value proposition delivery.

Ownership of performance: Own the delivery of creative that hits aggressive CPA targets across Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and Amazon.

Creative testing machine: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and iteration of the creative testing roadmap (e.g., A/B/C/D tests of hooks, value props, CTAs) to continually lift key metrics and constantly load new winning ads every week.

System development: Implement proper creative systems and workflows to ensure a continuous, evolving flow of marketing assets is produced and deployed efficiently.

Cross-functional leadership: Serve as the strategic hub between media buying, content production, and marketing, ensuring creative output drives their overall performance goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 2 years in a dedicated Creative Strategist role for a high-growth Direct Response ecommerce brand.
- You have operated in a very fast-paced environment and know how to build creative systems that can handle aggressive scale.
- You are completely focused on hitting CPA targets and optimizing for performance, not just aesthetics.
- You have proven experience leading and coordinating creative efforts to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
- Comfortable using tools like Frame.io and Figma
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Deep, tactical experience scaling creative within the health or wellness niche is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating the creation of systems that led to highly predictable creative output and hit rates.
- Experience launching and scaling creative assets for products in the oral care segment.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You will ensure we have a high hit rate on the brand with consistent winning ads being created. You will have a clear, prioritized backlog of concepts ready for production.

60 Days: You will ensure there is a proper, documented system of creatives being pumped out, and we are actively evolving and growing our marketing based on data-backed insights.

90 Days: You will have a very predictable creative output and creative hit rate that we can replicate many times to ensure a continuous stream of new winners to scale the business.
