You will focus primarily on the technical management and optimization of paid media, with client communication handled mainly by the Account Strategist. Lead generation experience is highly valued.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
As a Media Buyer, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries (e.g., e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, SaaS). Your core mission is to optimize and scale campaign performance, ensuring client goals are met and exceeded. You'll act as an independent owner of your challenges, actively seeking and implementing solutions.
- Take full ownership of assigned Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (with a strong need for expertise in both platforms), driving daily optimization efforts to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed established performance and ROI targets.
- Implement ongoing, high-quality campaign improvements, including strategic creative uploads, meticulous search term analysis, proactive negative keyword list management, and precision targeting adjustments, to maximize budget efficiency.
- Note: While creatives are primarily provided by clients, a creative understanding is needed, especially for paid social. The agency is not a "creative" team, but focuses on algorithm-driven efficiency and automation.
- Deliver accurate, concise, and timely performance reports and critical account updates to the Account Strategist, ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless strategic alignment across projects. Reporting is typically done using Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and Whatagraph.
- Confidently analyze performance data, execute structured creative and audience tests, and ensure the technical integrity of all tracking mechanisms by leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, actively identifying and resolving potential performance or technical barriers, and minimizing escalations by seeking resourceful solutions.
- Act as a consultant to the client's business, constantly seeking automation opportunities and holistic solutions beyond pure media buying that generate clear value for clients.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a strong, hands-on background managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and holistic strategy. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- You have a high value for diverse industry experience and a consultant-like mindset.
- Proficient in analyzing data, testing creatives, and utilizing key platforms like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- You take full ownership of your accounts and actively look for ways to improve performance.
- You communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively report activity to strategists.
- You are confident managing budgets, testing new ideas, and learning fast without needing constant supervision.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, with a good working knowledge of English.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: Learn our internal processes and client portfolio. Get familiar with each assigned account and start working on tasks under guidance.
60 Days: Take ownership of daily ad accounts management across assigned clients, including optimizations while maintaining consistent communication with the strategist.
90 Days: Fully manage accounts independently, report activity/situation to strategists, deliver measurable performance improvements, and actively contribute ideas for scaling, automation, and AI-driven optimization opportunities.
