A US-based performance marketing agency is looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to help lead the charge in delivering results that matter. This is a full-time contractor position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

As the Paid Social Specialist, you’ll own performance for a roster of D2C brands. That means strategy, execution, communication, and iteration, all with a singular focus on hitting client KPIs.

You’ll also be the main point of contact for your clients, translating performance data into clear insights, and partnering closely with creatives to keep campaigns sharp, fresh, and effective.

You will:

  • Take full ownership of paid social media buying across Meta and TikTok
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to scale client spend and hit aggressive performance targets
  • Lead client communications: set expectations, present results, and build long-term relationships
  • Manage creative testing processes, working closely with video editors and strategists to iterate on top-performing assets
  • Analyze performance daily and use data to make informed optimization decisions
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on priorities and plan new initiatives
  • Stay on top of platform changes and media buying trends to keep your accounts competitive


WHO YOU ARE

  • You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns
  • You’ve worked at an agency or directly with D2C brands, and know what it takes to scale
  • You’re fluent in media buying strategy, but also comfortable inside Ads Manager every day
  • You’re a strong communicator and confident leading client conversations
  • You thrive in a remote setup, manage your own time well, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • You’re comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into action
  • You enjoy partnering with creatives and strategists to improve campaign outputs
  • You think in terms of ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV, not just clicks and CTRs

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with analytics tools like Northbeam, TripleWhale, or Motion
  • Have scaled accounts from $50K/month to $100K+
  • Can write thumb-stopping ad copy when needed


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve audited your accounts, built rapport with clients, and aligned on key goals and opportunities. You're actively managing campaigns and implementing tests.

60 Days: Your campaigns are scaling. Clients are seeing positive trends in ROAS and CAC. You're confidently leading calls, proposing new strategies, and delivering performance reports.

90 Days: You’ve built trust with your clients and the internal team. Your accounts are hitting KPIs, creative testing is systemized, and you’re proactively driving strategy across your book of business.
