Supply Chain Manager
Are you the operational strategist who can turn complex global logistics into a seamless flow of product availability and healthy cash flow?
We’re looking for a highly proactive Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to join a fast-growing fashion brand from the Netherlands, known for its strong identity, nostalgia-driven aesthetic, and international customer base. This is a key operational role that combines supply chain coordination, inventory management, and operational problem-solving across multiple logistics partners.
If you excel at demand forecasting, managing 3PLs across continents, and shaping critical processes independently, this is your opportunity for a long-term role with significant autonomy and impact.
YOUR MISSION
As the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager, your core mission is to oversee the full operational flow, from suppliers to fulfillment centers, all the way to the final customer. You will manage stock levels, forecast demand, place purchase orders to prevent stockouts, and help set up systems (including pre-orders) to maintain product availability across all channels.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in Europe. This role is strategically transitioning to full-time (40 hours/week) to manage our clients scaling. You can choose to start at 32 hours/week to allow time for initial system implementation and auditing, with the commitment to reach 40 hours shortly thereafter.
