Our client is one of America's fastest-growing performance digital marketing firms. They are engineering the brands of tomorrow, and are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Account Manager for TikTok Shop. In this high-pace role, you will be the primary partner responsible for strategizing, managing, and ensuring operational excellence for a growing portfolio of TikTok Shop brands.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in New York. There are plans for this to turn into a hybrid model in New York in the near future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop clients, maintaining tight alignment on goals, performance, and account needs.
- Partner with Strategy and Creator teams to manage product seeding, affiliate activation, campaign rollout, and in-platform optimizations.
- Ensure all deliverables—creator briefs, product lists, content approvals, and reporting—are shipped with accuracy and speed.
- Track GMV, campaign KPIs, and affiliate outputs, distilling performance insights into clear next steps for clients.
- Work closely with internal partners (Creative, Creator, Paid Media, Strategy) to ensure cohesive execution and strong client outcomes.
- Leverage deep knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator dynamics, and algorithmic behavior to support smarter execution and client education.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 2–4 years in account management, influencer/social commerce, or performance marketing roles.
- Mandatory hands-on TikTok Shop experience (minimum 6–12 months) managing or supporting product, affiliate, or creator workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in synthesizing data, and ability to guide clients with clarity.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with a performance-driven mindset in an execution-heavy environment.
- Proactive, curious, analytically sharp, and energized by platform-native commerce.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You have fully integrated with the internal teams and established strong operational alignment across your initial portfolio of TikTok Shop clients.

60 Days: You are actively leading client communication and directing campaign rollouts (seeding, affiliate activation), ensuring operational speed and accuracy.

90 Days: You have demonstrated a measurable positive impact on client GMV growth and solidified your position as the indispensable operational and strategic partner for your brands.
