WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Develop creative strategies and content concepts for Meta-first performance campaigns (UGC, video, hooks, etc.)
- Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable creative iterations
- Manage a rolling pipeline of ad concepts informed by trends, audience psychology, and insights
- Write briefs for UGC creators, videographers, and other production partners
- Oversee relationships with external creators to ensure content is on-brand, on-message, and on-time
- Run A/B tests to validate ideas and scale top performers
- Track the creative landscape - competitors, trends, content formats - and use findings to inform campaign strategy
WHO YOU ARE
- You’ve built creative strategy for a high-growth DTC brand or agency, and have results to show for it
- You speak the language of performance: CTR, hook rate, MER, ROAS
- You understand how to brief and manage creators and video teams to produce content that converts
- You’re equal parts strategic and scrappy: you know what great looks like, and you know how to get it done fast
- You enjoy solving creative problems with data and aren’t afraid to test new ideas
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in health, wellness, or beauty
- A background in copywriting, content production, or creative direction
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days: You’ve audited the creative archive, identified gaps and quick wins, and delivered a handful of strong, testable concepts.
60 Days: Your first set of creatives is live and driving performance. You’ve established your own feedback loop and are leading creative iteration.
90 Days: You’ve built a reliable pipeline of winning creative, strengthened collaboration with media and brand teams, and taken ownership of the performance creative roadmap.
