This is a pivotal leadership role for a senior growth operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and wants full ownership over revenue expansion, cross-functional alignment, and strategic decision-making. You will be the founder’s right hand in driving consistent, predictable, and scalable growth across acquisition, retention, marketplaces, retail expansion, and new revenue channels.

This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE OWNING
Growth Strategy & Channel Expansion
- Identify, open, and scale new growth channels, including retention, affiliates, influencer, TikTok Shop, marketplaces (Amazon, Bol.com, etc.), and emerging paid opportunities (Snapchat, Taboola, Native, etc.).
- Own the cross-brand experimentation roadmap and build structures that support predictable revenue growth.
- Partner with agencies (treated as in-house) and internal leads to ensure all channels move toward unified targets.
Cross-functional Leadership & Alignment
- Lead weekly team-wide syncs, updating all department heads on performance, priorities, launches, and targets.
- Ensure all teams—product, performance, influencer, affiliate, creative, operations—are aligned on timing, deliverables, and expectations.
- Create processes that keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
Conversion Rate Optimization & Site Performance
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on CRO, UX, checkout improvements, and revenue-per-session opportunities.
- Identify backend and frontend optimizations (AOV, upsells, landing pages, offer architecture).
Performance & Data
- Partner with the Head of Performance to connect creative strategy, budgets, targeting frameworks, and landing page strategies.
- Introduce structured reporting around contribution margin, net profit, CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
- Build dashboards and forecasts that drive prioritization.
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in DTC eCommerce.
- Proven success scaling revenue from €10M+ to €50M+ in the US or EU markets.
- Deep expertise in Meta & Google Ads, plus a strong grasp of attribution, CAC, LTV, and scaling strategy.
- Hands-on leader: equally comfortable driving strategy and getting into the weeds.
- Data-fluent and systems-minded: confident using tools like GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Triple Whale, or similar.
- Experienced working with (and briefing) creative teams to produce high-performing ad content.
- Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.

- Full audit of all growth channels, identifying gaps and low-hanging fruit.
- Align with key stakeholders and set performance baselines.
- Build a roadmap for experiments across paid, CRO, and lifecycle.

- Implement initial experiments and quick wins.
- Introduce a reporting structure and KPIs across all growth levers.
- Begin in-housing or reshaping key performance functions.
90 Days
- Deliver uplift across ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics.
- Launch new campaigns across paid/lifecycle with scalable frameworks.
